No. If you identify with the ADHD experience and feel like your brain works differently, coaching can help. Many clients come to me while they're still exploring whether they have ADHD.
Life happens, especially with ADHD! You can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. I get it, and there's no judgment.
That depends entirely on you and your goals. Some people see real shifts in just a few sessions. Others prefer ongoing support. We'll check in regularly so you always feel good about where things are going.
